Motorcycle collides with van in Rome
ROME, N.Y.(WKTV) - A Blossvale motorcyclist is recovering after colliding with a van.
It happened around 5:00 Friday afternoon. Oneida County Sheriff's officials say the driver of the van, 30 year old Lori Bergman of Blossvale was turning left onto Rome-New London Road from Oswego Road when a motorcycle driven by 23 year old Timothy Vandresar, Jr., also of Blossvale struck her front bumper. Vandresar was ejected and landed in the center of the road. He was taken to to St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica for unspecified non life threatening injuries. No tickets have been issued, but the investigation is continuing. |
