Nearly 10,000 sign up for Boilermaker in first weekend of registration

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Registration for the 2013 Boilermaker 15K Road Race opened at midnight on Saturday and nearly 10,000 people have signed up to run. The race is capped at 14,000 runners.
