November fire in Norwich leads to numerous charges for man

(WKTV) - A 25-year-old man faces numerous charges in connection with a fire at the Storage Center LLC in the Town of Norwich, New York State Police said.

Michael J.C. Golotty, 25, is charged with one count of felony arson in the third degree, one count of felony burglary in the third degree and 40 counts of felony criminal mischief in the third degree.

According to officials, the arrest was made after a lengthy investigation into a fire at the storage center on County Route 32 in the Town of Norwich in the early morning hours of Nov. 29.

Golotty was sent to the Chenango County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.
