Oneida man charged with sexual abuse, unlawful imprisonment

ONEIDA, N.Y. (WKTV) - An Oneida man is accused of restraining a woman and forcibly subjecting her to sexual contact, police said.

According to Oneida Police, Michael W. Hubbard, 41, of Oneida has been charged with third-degree aggravated sexual abuse and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

Hubbard is alleged to have pushed a female victim to the floor, restrain her and forcibly subject her to sexual contact.

Hubbard was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on September 21.
