Owner of Tebb's Headshop chain gets November 1 court date
WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WKTV) - The man from the city of Rome who owns the Tebb's Headshop chain finally has a date set in State Supreme Court in Watertown after several adjournments because he didn't have a lawyer.
John Tebbetts III is scheduled to appear November 1 in response to a lawsuit filed against him by the State Attorney General's Office. The suit alleges that Tebbetts sold bath salts and other synthetic drugs in his stores.
There are eight Tebb's Headshop locations in Central New York, including Utica, Herkimer, Rome and Oneida.
