Owner of Tebb's Headshop chain has case adjourned in State Supreme Court

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WKTV)
- A Rome man who owns the Tebb's Headshop chain throughout Central New York appeared in State Supreme Court in Watertown on Thursday morning.
Owner John Tebbetts III is the owner of a lawsuit filed by the New York State Attorney General's Office for selling synthetic drugs in his stores.
Last month, head shops across the state were raided in a simultaneous bust.
While Tebbett's stores remain open, his case has been adjourned to September 27.
