Parking meters operational again in Cooperstown

By NEWSChannel 2 Staff

COOPERSTOWN, N.Y. (WKTV) - The new parking meters that line Main Street in the Village of Cooperstown are once again up and running after issues earlier in the week.

While they are running once again, officials say there are still some minor glitches being worked out.

According to the Cooperstown Police Department, the village is working with the company Park-On, which installed the meters, to fix any issues.

The issues earlier in the week that made the meters inoperable involved a server problem at Park-On.

The new meters take quarters, dollar bills and credit cards.
