UTICA, N.Y (WKTV) - We caught up with a native of the Greater Utica area who now lives in the New York City area and works as a producer at WNBC the morning after Hurricane Sandy struck the Big Apple.

Angela Grande tells us about flooding at Battery Park and the Financial District, the closing of the New York Stock Exchange, and widespread power outages in the city.
