Plea offer for Blossvale shooter would mean maximum sentence
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A 21 year old Blossvale man pleaded "not guilty" to shooting his infant son to death.
Adam Theall is accused of using a long gun to shoot his three-month old son, Eithen Theall, to death outside his parents home back in May in front of State Police. Theall is due back in court August 19 to let the judge know if he wants to accept a plea offer. The offer is a plea in exchange for the maximum sentence.
