Police: Utica store robbed early Wednesday morning, suspect displayed weapon

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV)--One convenience store in Utica was robbed at gun point, according to the Utica Police Department.

The Nice N Easy on Culver Avenue in Utica was robbed just after 2 a.m. on Wednesday.

The suspect reportedly fled on foot and ran towards Albany Street. Authorities wouldn't confirm if the man took cash or items from the store.

There were reports that the suspect was a black male, wearing a black sweatshirt, with black shoes and tan colored pants.

Officials say anyone with information about this incident should call the Utica Police Department at 315-223-3461.
