Police arrest shooting, robbery suspect, one still at large

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Utica Police have arrested one person involved in the shooting and robbery that happened February 21st on Dudley Ave. in Utica. Donovan Davis, 20 of Utica is charged with the robbery. The other man involved named Leroy Delaney is still at large and police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
