Police investigate shots fired in Utica

UTICA, NY(WKTV) - Utica Police are investigating a report of shots fired in the Corn Hill section of the city. They say shots rang out before noon Sunday.
It happened at the intersection of Dudley Avenue and Arthur Street.
Officers say they located numerous spent shell casings, but so far, no reports of any injury or damage.
