Police release surveillance photo of Rite Aid armed robbery

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Police have released this surveillance photo taken around 11 p.m. on Wednesday, December 26th at the Rite Aid on Genesee Street in South Utica.

They say this man pulled a gun on the employee and told the employee to go in the back office as he stole money from the register.

He's described as a large sized man with a heavy build, but not a muscular build as initially reported by police.

Rite Aid is still offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person who robbed the store.
