Protesters turn out for president's visit

By WKTV News

(WKTV) - Plenty of people who hoped to have their voices heard by the president got as close as they could to the president's route on Thursday.

About 100 protesters lined the streets protesting against the New York SAFE Act, along with supporters and opponents of hydrofracking.

As Gov. Andrew Cuomo was also at the event, the protests were just as much for his eyes as it was for the president's attention.
