Herkimer superintendent search public forum

HERKIMER, N.Y. (WKTV) Several area residents in Herkimer got a chance to meet the contenders for the Herkimer School District Superintendent, Friday night.

A public forum took place tonight at the high school where residents
listened to presentations from the candidates and asked them questions.

"This is a very important part of the process," said Mark Vivacqua the interim district superintendent.

The candidates include Craig Ferretti a principal from the Camden Central School District and Robert Miller the superintendent at the Cherry-Valley Springfield School District.

Vivacqua said the candidates will meet with the school board Tuesday for final interviews.
