COOPERSTOWN N.Y. (WKTV)-The man arrested for threatening his boss with a gun in Cooperstown on Dec. 23 will be brought back to New York State to face charges.

Barry Renert waived extradition Monday morning in Richmond, Virginia.
That's where police found the 62-year-old after he lead them on a manhunt starting in Cooperstown.

Renert is accused of barging into Seventh Inning Stretch wearing a mask and threatening the store's owner with a gun.

The owner fired shots in self defense, causing Renert to flee.
