Riverside Center up for sale
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Riverside Center in Utica is now up for sale.
Real Estate trade publications say the 670,000 square foot retail center is being listed for roughly $50 million. The center, owned by the Syracuse-based Pyramid Companies, served as an indoor shopping mall from 1974 until having part of it torn down to make way for big box stores as a strip mall in 1998. Part of the original mall still stands, but closed off and unused as stores. Many stores have come and gone in the center since 1998, and is currently listed as being burdened by roughly $38 million of debt. |
