Rome Police look to identify masked men in laundromat theft

ROME, N.Y. (WKTV) - Police are looking for the public's help in identifying two men they say are involved in a theft at a Rome Laundromat.

According to Rome Police, the two men walked into the Soap Opera laundry on Erie Boulevard West in Rome around 2:40 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27, wearing bandannas on their face covering their noses downward.

The men broke into vending machines at the laundromat.

Authorities ask that if you know anything about the incident or can identify either of the males in the surveillance footage, to please call them at 315-339-7780. They say all calls will be kept confidential.
