ROME, N.Y. (WKTV) - A company called ANDRO was just awarded a $3 million contract by the Missile Defense Agency to develop software for use in ballistic missle defense system radars.
The president of the company says this is an important step for the small business and will lead to jobs and open doors for an expansion.
Work is expected to be complete in summer of 2014 but there is a chance the company will stay on for follow up research.
