Rome holds 31st Honor America Days parade

ROME, N.Y. (WKTV) - Pride filled the air this morning in Rome, Saturday, as the Rome Chamber of Commerce held its annual Honor America Days parade.
It's held every year as a way to celebrate the community's pride and heritage.
This year's parade theme "we pledge allegiance' in honor of Francis Bellamy, who wrote the famous pledge, and is buried in Rome.
The parade was brought to life with a plethora of musical acts, floats and cars marching around the streets of rome.

This is the 31st year for the Honor America Days parade, with fireworks going off at dusk.
