Sculpture Space puts on annual Mardi Gras event

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The sights and sounds of Mardi Gras filled the air inside the Radisson Hotel in Utica on Saturday night.

This is the 13th year Sculpture Space has put on the benefit and the party grows bigger and better every year. Tickets for the party were $50 and included an open bar, authentic Cajun delicacies and surprise roving entertainment.

The money raised helps support Sculpture Space and the artists who call Utica their temporary home.

NEWSChannel 2's Don Shipman and his husband Adam Lawless were named as the events "Royal Couple." Sculpture Space acknowledged Don and Adam's work in the non-profit community.
