Second suspect arrested in connection with wheelchair hand cycle theft

(WKTV) - A Rome woman was arrested Monday in connection with the theft of a wheelchair hand cycle  from a home in Westmoreland, the Oneida County Sheriff's Office said.

Danell E. Marshall, 21, of Rome is charged with burglary.

According to authorities, on Wednesday deputies were called to a home on Eureka Road in the Town of Westmoreland, where it was reported that a wheelchair hand cycle was stolen.

Marshall was sent to the Oneida Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail.

A second suspect, Derek K. Marshall, was arrested Friday in connection with the theft.
