UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A former fugitive of the week said no today to a plea deal in Oneida County Court.
Kwamae Smith is accused of shooting at a car full of people - including children - on Schuyler Street in Utica back in May.
Smith will go to trial for attempted murder this fall in Oneida County Court.
