UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Several teens suspected in a gang-fight in East Utica over the summer are scheduled to enter guilty pleas Tuesday in Oneida County Court.
Police say the teens are affiliated with the "Asian Boyz" gang.
Three of the teens are expected to enter guilty pleas to felonies - Hto Htoo, Saw Pa and Lwi Pee - and they're expected to avoid prison in favor of county jail time.
Only one - San Lin - is expected to be sentenced to state prison, for menacing a police officer.
