Some charges dropped against father of Cooperstown shooter
By NEWSChannel 2 Staff
Some of the charges have been dropped against the father of a Cooperstown teenager who shot a classmate.
Anthony Pacherille Sr and his brother, Angelo Pacherille, were both charged last fall with aggravated harassment for allegedly creating a harassing website called "coophallof shame.com."
A Broome County Court Judge, acting in Otsego County, dismissed the charges, saying the website does not contain a threat of violence.
