FORESTPORT, N.Y. (WKTV)-A Forestport man is under arrest after police say he allowed a 14-year-old to drive his car.

According to New York State Police in Remsen, they noticed a suspicious car driving near Scamott Road, in Forestport, on May 31.

Officials say a 13-year-old girl was seen at the steering wheel. Police later determined that Michael Seigler, 32, had let the 14-year-old sibling drive with two other underage children in the car.

Seigler is now facing three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
