Teen sentenced to state prison for Whitesboro home burglary

WHITESBORO, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Whitesboro teen who pleaded guilty to the burglary of a Whitestown home was sentenced to 1 1/3 to 4 years in prison on Monday morning.

Authorities say Ryan Ermacor, 19, along with another teen, Gregory Zangrilli, 18 were both charged with second-degree burglary back in March after the dup was accused of burglarizing a home on Garretts Grove in the Herthum Hills neighborhood of Whitesboro in February.

Ermacor had previously entered a guilty plea to third-degree burglary and on Monday was sentenced to 1 1.3 to 4 years in state prison along with restitution.
