Three Ilion men accused of using a knife to steal property

(WKTV) - Three  Ilion men face charges after they allegedly used a knife to steal property from someone, Ilion Police say.

Nelson P. Johnson III, 23, and an 18-year-old man are charged with robbery in the first degree and robbery in the second degree. Marc A. Abdallah, 22, who was in the Oneida County Correctional Facility, was charged with robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree and assault in the second degree.

According to police, the arrests stem from a complaint on Dec. 4 that three men used a knife to forcibly steal property from someone. Johnson and the 18-year-old were arrested on Dec. 5. Abdallah was charged on Dec. 13.

Johnson was sent to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility on a $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. The 18-year-old was sent to Herkimer County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond. Abdallah was sent to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
