Three accused of 2012 burglary in Town of Paris

(WKTV) - Three men were arrested Dec. 12 and accused of a burglary in the town of Paris a year ago, New York State Police said.

William R. Santana, 42, of Chadwicks, Glenn E. Bland, 21, of Utica, and Jordan J. Moore, 19, of Utica, are charged with felony burglary in the second degree.

According to officials, a burglary on Mohawk Street in the Town of Paris was reported to New York State Police on Dec. 25, 2012. A large gun safe with numerous handguns and long guns was stolen from the home. After a year-long investigation and the assistance of multiple law enforcement agencies, the arrests were made Dec. 12.

Santana is being held at the Oneida County Jail with no bail, while bland and Moore are being held on $40,000 bail.

Several of the stolen firearms have been recovered, but more are still missing. Anyone who may have unknowingly purchased one of these stolen firearms or who has information is asked to call either Senior Investigator Michael Hulihan or Investigator Brett Vanderlan at State Police Marcy, 315-736-8802, Ext. 220.
