Three former Hartwick residents accused of December robbery

(WKTV) - Three former Hartwick residents were arrested Thursday in Florida in connection with a December armed robbery of the Pit Stop convenience store, the Otsego County Sheriff's Office said.

Christine J. Lord, 43, Timothy S. Lord, 45, and Kaine W. Lord, 21, of Deltona, Fla., formerly of Hartwick, are charged with robbery in the first degree.

According to officials, sheriff's deputies traveled to Florida on Wednesday as part of an ongoing investigation into the robbery at the Pit Stop store on State Route 28 in the Town of Hartwick. At about 6 a.m. Thursday, sheriff's deputies from Otsego County and Volusia County executed a search warrant at a home in Deltona and arrested the three residents.

The three are being held at the Volusia County jail pending extradition back to Otsego County.
