Three indicted in connection to May shooting at Olbiston

(WKTV) - An Oneida grand jury has indicted three men in connection with the May 14 shooting at the Olbiston Apartments.

Michael Sauerhafer was injured in the shooting. He is now paralyzed.

Dayvon Tillery, 22, of Howard Avenue, Travon Carter, 26, of Rutger Street and Charles Carter, 28, of Bennett Street, were indicted on 60 felony charges, including attempted murder, assault and weapons possession.
