Two Utica residents face felony drug charges

(WKTV) - Two Utica residents face felony drug charges after a search warrant was executed on First Street, Utica police said.

Derrick Bond, 36, of Faxton Street in Utica, and Andrea L. Williams, 44, of First Street, are charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

According to officials, a no-knock search warrant was served Tuesday by Utica police, the U.S. Marshal's Office and the New Hartford and Utica police departments' emergency response teams, at an apartment in the 800 block of First Street. Authorities say 18 grams of heroin were seized. The heroin had a street value of $15,000.
