Two charged after report of suspicious vehicle in Town of Oneonta

(WKTV) - Two people face charges after a suspicious vehicle report in the Town of Oneonta, New York State Police said.

Jesse Q. Emmett, 21, of West Davenport, is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Heidi A. Morgan, 29, of Knoxville, Tenn., is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument.

According to authorities, the two were arrested Thursday after a report of a suspicious vehicle on Murdock Street in the Town of Oneonta.

Emmett and Morgan were issued tickets returnable to the Town of Oneonta Court.
