(WKTV) - Two people face charges after a lengthy investigation into the sale of crack cocaine, the Oneida City Police said.
Cindy L. Garlock, 46, of Canastota is charged with six counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and six counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Maude M. Relyea, 29, of Solvay, was charged with six counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, six counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
According to police, the two were alleged to have sold and possessed crack cocaine. Relyea is accused of having children present during the sale of the drug.
The two were arraigned Monday and sent to Madison County Jail. Bail for Garlock was set for $20,000 cash or $40,000 bail bond. Bail for Relyea was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bail bond.
New York State Police CNET unit assisted in the investigation.
