OPPENHEIM, N.Y. (WKTV) - Two officials from two school districts that will soon be merging have both been placed on administrative leave. St. Johnsville Elementary Principal Christopher Fatta and Oppenheim-Ephratah Superintendent Dan Rossum have both been placed on leave, but school officials are not releasing details as to why.
