ORISKANY FALLS, N.Y. (WKTV) - Two teens have been charged in connection to a late December burglary of a Gas Station in the City of Oriskany Falls. According to New York State Police, Benjamin Wivell, 17, of Deansboro has been charged with third-degree burglary while Brian Albright, 17, of Oriskany Falls was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property after authorities say he possessed proceeds from the alleged burglary. Authorities say that other arrests are pending. State Police say that on December 28, the suspects broke into Nassimos CO-OP Gas Station on North Main Street in Oriskany Falls around 2 a.m. And stole several items from the store.
