Two women charged following large early morning fight

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Utica Police responded to a large fight at a house party on Howard Avenue early Saturday morning, according to authorities.

Utica Police say that several females were involved in a large fight and an order of protection was violated during the incident.

The females involved were 22-year-old Runita Livingston of Rome and 28-year-old Kava Patterson-McGill of Utica, according to UPD.

Authorities say that each had orders of protection against them ordering and were supposed to stay way from the different victims and refrain from violent behavior.

Police say that Patterson-McGill punched one victim in the face and pulled/snatched the hair weave out of the woman's head.

It is also alleged that Runita Livingston punched McGill-Patterson in the face and grabbed her by the hair and dragged her on the ground.

Patterson-McGill was charged with criminal contempt, harassment and criminal trespass.

Livingston was charged with criminal contempt and harassment.
