UPD: Dog left out in bitter cold; owner sought

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Police in Utica are looking for the owner of a pit bull that was left outside during the freezing overnight.

Investigators say the three year-old male was left tied to a table at the corner of Whitesboro Street and Dewitt Street in the city.

According to the Stevens Swan Humane Society, the dog is still alive but is currently under medical observation at their facility.
