UPDATED TRAFFIC ALERT: Fay Street Warehouse Implosion

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Fay Street Warehouse has come down, and while State Department of Transportation and National Grid crews check the surrounding bridges and roads for structural stability, some roads in Downtown Utica may remain closed for longer than expected.

As of 10:00am, the NYS Department of Transportation has declared it is safe for people, evacuated from the Fay St. Warehouse Implosion area, to return to their homes.
