Richard J. Ford, 21. He is described as a white male, 6'02" and 210 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. Authorities say he has a criminal history of assault, larceny and obstruction of governmental administration. He is wanted along with three other men for a gang assault in the Village of Ilion on January 31, 2013.
