Robert N. Dixon, 32. He is described as a black male, 6'02" and 289 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Authorities say he is a registered sex offender with a history of rape, forcible touching, sexual abuse, assault, weapons offenses, escape and obstruction of government administration. He is wanted along with three other men for a gang assault in the Village of Ilion on January 31, 2013.
