Utica Man turns himself into police custody after reportedly choking and threatening a woman

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV)-One man has turned himself in to police after a warrant had been issued for his arrest.

Utica police say 20-year-old Antonio Luckina grabbed his ex-girlfriend by the arms,spun her around and placed her in a chokehold.

Then Luckina allegedly sent numerous text messages to his ex-girlfriend stating he planned to kill himself.

He also made threats that if she called police he would point a gun at the officers, who would be forced to shoot him.

Luckina is now facing the menacing, criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment charges.
