UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Utica Police say they were called to the barber shop called 'Hair For People' at the corner of Seymour Avenue and James Streer on Thursday for the report of several people being threatened by someone with a handgun.
Following the incident, 26-year-old Mark Peak of Noyes Street in Utica was charged with two counts of menacing.
Police say Peak was upset over a poker game and wanted his money back.
