(WKTV) - A Utica man faces charges after he allegedly videotaped a woman in a dressing room of a retail store, New Hartford police said.

Elliot T. Fuller, 19, of the 400 block of Pleasant Street in Utica, is charged with unlawful surveillance. Fuller was arrested Tuesday.

According to authorities, Fuller allegedly installed his cell phone, equipped with video and picture technology, into a changing room of a New Hartford store. Police say his intent was to videotape a woman while she was undressing.

A search warrant was executed on Fuller's cell phone, and the Utica College Computer Forensics Lab uncovered numerous videos of women undressing in changing rooms.

New Hartford police did not release the name of the store.
