Utica man accused of sale and distribution of heroin

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A north Utica man has been charged following an investigation by Utica Police into the sale and distribution of heroin.
Recently, the Utica Police Department Metro Unit executed a search warrant at 1154 Herkimer Road following the investigation. Police say that during the search, officers located 95 individual packets of heroin as well at $ 390 cash.
Felix T. Morales, 33, of Utica was charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
