Man accused of threatening to chop girlfriend's leg off
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Utica Police say they were called to a home on Court Street on Thursday for a domestic dispute.
When officers arrived, they say a woman, whose name is not released, told them her boyfriend poured beer on her, punched her in the stomach, slapped her in the face and then picked up an ax and threatened to kill her.
Police then charged that boyfriend, 41-year-old David Christie with menacing and harassment.
The woman told police after threatening to chop her leg off with the ax, he told her he was going to bury her in the basement.
