Utica man arrested for threatening neighbors with gun

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Utica man is charged with three counts of menacing after police say he harassed people around his neighborhood, Sunday.

According to Police, Kenneth Hill, of Utica, was standing on his porch on Schuyler Street with a handgun while threatening to shoot people.

When Police arrived on the scene, Hill refused to put down the gun.

Police later discovered that the firearm was actually a BB-gun.

Hill was recently involved with the Police for multiple traffic violations and an aggravated DWI.

He will answer to his charges for menacing at a later date.
