Utica police respond to shots fired call

(WKTV) - Utica police responded to a report of shots fired Thursday morning.

The shooting occurred on Lansing Street, between First and Second streets. The call came in at 9:56 a.m. Thursday.

Four to five shots were fired. A van at the residence was struck twice. No one was injured.

Police do not yet know if the shooting is connected to Wednesday's slaying on Oneida Street.
