Utica woman accused of making fraudulent charges at Macy's

(WKTV) - A Utica woman faces felony charges after she allegedly made unauthorized purchases at Macy's at Sangertown Square Mall, New Hartford Police said.

Kimberly A. Salle, 52, of Utica, is charged with felony counts of grand larceny in the fourth degree and six counts of forgery in the second degree.

According to police, a criminal complaint was filed in August after the victim noticed several unauthorized charges made at Macy. The purchases were made using the victim's credit card. After a two-month investigation, Salle was arrested Wednesday. The victim and Salle are acquainted.
