Utica woman injured in two-car collision

(WKTV) - A Utica woman was injured in a two-car accident at the intersection of Genesee Street and Paris Road on Wednesday night.

According to New Hartford police, Rosalie Taylor, 53, of Utica was stopped at the red light when her vehicle was rear-ended by 19-year-old Samantha Tucker of Canastota.

Taylor was transported to St. Elizabeth's hospital for neck and back pain.

Tucker was cited for inadequate brakes and operating with an unsafe tire.
